►Staff Email - Outlook on the Web
Staff members with email accounts can access email from any computer with a connection to the Internet. Click on the link above to log in. Be sure and put "tisd\" in front of your user name when using Outlook on the Web (OWA).
►Help with Maintenance or Technology Problems - School Dude
Staff members can submit a technology or maintenance request online. Click on the link above to log in. If this is your first time to log in, you can create an account. For more information, click here.
►Managing SPAM
You can manage your approve and deny list for email senders by using the link above. Click on the link above to log in with your email address and password. For help with using this site, click here.

You can request a substitute by using the link above or calling it in (1-800-942-3767). You will need an ID number and PIN to use Aesop. The ID and PIN can be obtained from your campus secretary. For more information about requesting a sub, click here.
►Skyward Attendance
Teachers can take attendance online using the link above. You can only take attendance from district computers during school hours. For more information, click here. Your campus liaison can also assist you with attendance questions.
►Gradespeed
Teachers of students in grades 1-12 use Gradespeed as their grade book. For information on how to use Gradespeed, click here. Your campus liaison can also assist you with Gradespeed questions.

- Forethought: use this tool to create lesson plans. District curriculum is bundled for core subject areas.
- Aware: contains TAKS testing and district benchmark testing information for your students
- Workshop: register for distrrict workshops. Teachers can also see their PD transcripts here.
- PDAS: teachers can complete self-reports and view evaluations here

CSCOPE provides curriculum support for teachers. It is especially useful in lesson plan development. If you need assistance with logging in, contact the Help Desk.
►Discovery Education Streaming (United Streaming)
Teachers can log into Discovery Education Streaming (formerly United Streaming) videos for use in the classroom. For directions on how to create an account, click here.
►LIghtspeed Educational Video Library (in district only)
Teachers and students can now access approved YouTube videos within the district. Teachers can submit videos to Help Desk for approval.
►ThinkCentral (Houghton Mifflin K-5 ELA)
Elementary English/Language Arts teachers can access resources for the Houghton Mifflin textbook series at Think Central. You can obtain the user name and password from your Instructional Coach or the Help Desk.
►Special Ed Manager Online
Special Education teachers who use Special Ed Manager can access Special Ed Manager outside the district using the above link.
