On Tuesday, November 17th, the 4th grade GATE students will be going on a field trip to the Waco Hall on the Baylor University Campus. The students will be attending “ONCE UPON A TIME…MUSICAL STORIES,” the 69th Waco Symphony Children’s Concert sponsored by the Waco Symphony Council, Baylor University, and Waco Independent School District. We are aware this field trip does not take place on their usual GATE day; however, this is an enriching experience that the 4th grade students have been participating in for the past several years. We want students this year to have the same opportunity.
