Construction is underway on competition fields and infrastructure upgrades at all three middle schools as part of the Bond 2022 package. Travis Science Academy will have a new competition field, a four-lane track, bleachers, restrooms, concessions and other amenities. Bonham Middle School will add a four-lane track, restrooms, a concession stand and other amenities to its existing competition field. Lamar Middle School will build a competition field, restroom facilities, concessions, and other amenities. The field at TSA should be ready by the spring of 2025, Bonham's construction should be completed by the summer of 2025, and Lamar Middle School's field is scheduled to be ready by August of 2025.
