This is Robin Battershell, Temple ISD Superintendent.
I wanted to provide you with an update regarding a threat that we received through social media Thursday morning.
This was immediately referred to the Temple Police Department, and they are investigating.
In the meantime, we will be providing additional security on all campuses. School will continue on Friday as normal.
If we find out anything else or if anything changes, we will let you know.
