Educators from around Texas, including those from the Temple area, plan to send a message to Texas legislators on Saturday, July 22, beginning at 11 a.m. at the Capitol Building in Austin (1100 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701).
The Texas march will coincide with the federal March for Education in Washington, DC, and also is timed well with the Texas Legislature meeting in a special session beginning on July 18.
