Education is the most critical determinant of a viable future. This is a belief I have carried my entire life, and one I am committed to paying forward. As a career educator, I am proud to have served children since 1996. However, I am most proud of serving Temple ISD since 2012.

Temple ISD is perhaps the best representation of our future. It is the perfect combination of innovation, diversity and a personal touch. These are all key ingredients and provide a recipe that maximizes potential. You see the innovation in TISD represented in our teaching methods, technology, advanced academics, facilities, career-technology, fine arts and athletic programming. Our diversity rests among our families, staff and students. And lastly, our personal touch is highlighted through the support from our city, community, families, businesses, military and higher-education partnerships.

For me personally, I have worked in several school districts, but quite honestly, there’s something special about Temple - something you cannot put a label on. TISD is a place that will win your heart for the long haul.
