Due to growing concerns surrounding COVID-19, Temple ISD will extend the school closure through next week. Remote learning options will begin for students on Tuesday, March 24.

The health and safety of our students, staff and community is our highest priority. Temple ISD is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19.

Two Temple High School students were named among the top four
percent of students in the nation by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation last week. Temple High
School seniors Kahlan Henderson and Jeb Tanaka received letters of commendation for their performances on the 2018 Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test.

With school closures extended through April 3, Temple ISD will begin offering Remote Learning Options on Tuesday, March 24 for students PK-12. The lessons can be accessed online or hard copy.

The Temple Independent School District was notified that it can expect to receive a Superior financial accountability rating. This year’s rating reflects the district’s financial conduct in the 2017-2018 school year.

Temple ISD is proud to announce that two of our staff members were selected as finalists for the Education Service Center Region 12's Teacher of the Year awards. Congratulations to Rosa Perez, Bonham Middle School, and Debbie Malone, Meridith-Dunbar Early Childhood Academy!

The Temple Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the adoption of a $119.8 million budget for the 2019-2020 school year Wednesday night.
